Tips for Detox
1. Drink Juice Often and Don’t Starve
When you’re juice detoxing, you shouldn’t let yourself starve at all. Drink as much as you need to feel like you’re full and nourished. You should be looking at anywhere from 5 to 6 times a day, maybe more at first.
2. Drink Lots of Water
Water is essential when your juice detoxing. In order to succeed, you need to make sure that your body doesn’t get dehydrated and that means drinking even more water than you usually would! Carry a water bottle with you everywhere.
